The place was clean with quiet atmosphere close to restaurants and the water taxi at the more distant location. It was brilliant near most attractions.

The apartment was clean and located just off St Mark's square, the water taxi, excellent markets. There were climate control, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven, a bath. We loved that it had magnificent location in a queit area. Easy access to Pasticceria dal Conte, just 5 minutes walk.

We had a pleasant stay there and recommend to others. The apartment was fairly clean with good and fantastic location. The bed was comfy, and had hypoallergenic pillows. There was a bathtub. Met the owner, who gave us good tips. We stayed close to Marco Polo airport, 15 km.

We had a great time staying here with convenient access to a supermarket, wine shop, vegetable market, and various parts of the city, we loved the fantastic location and setting of the place.

The building itself was a beautiful 800-year-old structure, adding to the charm and history of our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. We especially loved the Venetian wine that was gifted to us upon arrival. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the main attractions of Venice. we highly recommend this place for a quality stay in the city.

The only minor drawback we experienced was that the shower could use a refresh in paint and the shower head needed decalcification. Nonetheless, this did not significantly impact our stay as everything else was in perfect working condition.

Heating Issue: Apartment's a little chilly as heating was not working.

Francesca even met us at the water taxi station and spent time explaining everything about the apartment and giving us insider tips about Venice. The location was quiet yet conveniently only a 5 min walk to the main hub and 10 mins to St Marks. We would definitely stay here again!
